RETARDS IN CONTROL

GQ, Gullibility Quotient, is also key to a country's life. A high average GQ may allow the takeover of the country by a high-IQ, very low GQ, group hostile to the high-GQ demographic majority.

Good article. IQ could be viewed in context of culture and education. Proof: one can game a standardized test if extensively drilled for it. Remember, some of the populations with the highest IQs fell for the covid scamdemic and the poison shots: a solid point in favor of Africa. That said, the concept of quantitatively planning immigration to achieve strategic objectives makes sense. The enemy is doing it (hence this article in the first place). Since the deed is done (and still being done), I propose that an ideal counterattack would be to supercharge Western culture and education to convert the Third World flood into an actual asset. A tall order at this point but not in the phase after the enemy falls apart from hubris and overextension.

Agreed.

IQ could be viewed in context of culture and education.

IQ is the measure of one’s aptitude to think critically, learn, and solve problems. Results typically do not change over time, meaning the scores earned at 10 years old are within a few points of those earned by that same individual at age 50.

Since IQ is measured through the use of standardized testing on mathematics, linguistics, geometry, and logic - any cultural or educational impact applies to the controls of the standardization (the language and degree of difficulty) applied to the testing material.

For example, the Western world has been the dominant worldwide culture for the last 80 years- and not accidentally. Those 80 years have been the most affluent, the most peaceful and the safest time to be a human being on planet earth in recorded history, therefore it’s not oversight that the test in the US for example is in the English language and follows concepts of western science.

Some might and do argue that such standardization creates in/out group contexts which skew ‘fairness’ of the results. Others would probably argue ( if they were being honest) that such contexts do in fact exist, that they are useful, and that such skeptics misunderstand the purpose of the exam and what the results indicate.

Anyone taking the test from an out group is at a disadvantage.

Those who the perform well in spite of out group origin are identified as exceptional in the paradigm of the system setting the controls of the test.

Education improving one’s understanding of the language and scientific principles baked into the test material might have some initial impact on the results (obviously), which would be nullified by an individual taking the test in their native language.

Results from the same individual over time would not benefit to significant degree with or without such education.

I’m not expressing any opinion, just being real.

Hope it makes sense.

Reality is that any there are biological, cultural, genetic and environmental components factored into the intelligence and capacity to learn present in each individual on this planet.

99.9% of humans are born with an innate ability to learn ANYTHING they wish to learn, provided the steps are broken down into manageable chunks.

Watch out for anyone with claims of bigotry having anything at all to do with intelligence.

Unless you don’t clearly misunderstand exactly what specifically it is that IQ measures, your response indicates you mistake the map for the territory, friend. Think about it.

Given India's caste system and extreme wealth gap, I doubt that you can simply apply a bell curve on India's IQ distribution.

Don't forget that Africa (including Congo) has been exploited and manipulated every which way by outsiders. The people have never had a chance to get a proper grip on their countries and resources. The West is now getting a full dose of this exploitation.

Oh shit. We’re skipping ‘GO’… I wasn’t aware.

I don’t necessarily disagree with your position except I need to make sure we may are on the same page with all this. We could have our definitions mixed up a bit. I was looking for some clarity and context around the ‘exploitation and manipulation’ of Congo and the rest of Africa that’s now been focused on the West.

You responded with an example of what would be outright wire fraud, fraud, and grand theft by inflationary measures were a citizen able to commit such an act and what could be referred to as mandated democide (for lack of a better descriptor) of 17 million humans worldwide and still counting.

I can’t validate or exculpate either allegation with evidence, and if true, both certainly meet the criteria to qualify as exploitation and manipulation.

I’m a historian of sorts, but I’m not much of a scholar regarding historical Western economic practices in Africa beyond surface level stories about places such as Egypt, Libya, Rhodesia, South Africa, and Ethiopia. My reading on such matters is quite limited, mostly to books like ‘Tragedy and Hope’ by Carol Quigley and publications such as ‘Foreign Affairs’, so please forgive me if I didn’t recognize suggested parallels, the implications of which are stark, terrifying and bleak when considered, and don’t offer much in the way of hope for solutions that don’t involve the destruction of life at scales beyond comprehension.

I guess IYKYK.

China extends pretty far south. Hong Kong is further south than Miami Florida. Shanghai is at the latitude of southern Georgia. Beijing is about the latitude of Philadelphia.

Compare with Europe. Rome is about the same latitude as Chicago.

I've had a hypothesis (unfalsifiable I'm sure) for some time now that low-IQ cultures unconsciously covet having children with high-IQ cultures. They want that sweet, sweet DNA. So how about we spare a million decent-looking high-IQ men who are just getting high and playing video games anyway to seduce oh, ten thousand low-IQ women each. Everyone wins. Eventually.

There is also the IQ shredder hypothesis, which is basically that cities are IQ sinks. If you picture cities as huge IQ magnets, drawing everyone with above average intelligence into them, then lowering their reproduction rates. It's a theory of population IQ levels being self-limiting.

Couldn’t the differences in IQ among nations largely be explained by poverty and lower educational attainment?

Your argument also seems biased by recent history. Yes, the West has been dominant for several centuries, although that was not always the case. Many of the world’s great, ancient civilizations were not European. Even much of our modern technology is predicated on foreign knowledge - for example, consider our usage of Arabic numerals and mathematical systems. While Western culture has temporarily climbed to the top of the hierarchy, I’m skeptical that it’s because of any innate intelligence advantage.
