Let’s not forget Nassim Taleb, the famous Arab originator of risk management, who proved the Lindyness of face diapers and gene-modification clot-shot experiments on 3 billion people.

Ah yes, I'd almost forgotten about him after he blocked me on Twitter for making fun of him about something!

I find myself in the odd and somewhat uncomfortable position of being a Boomer and yet in complete agreement with the author's points. In essence, to hold the same opinions and yet be denigrated for the actions of others over whom I have no control nor with whom I have no desire to be included.

Another Boomer here, raised by parents who grew up in the 1930s and 1940s amidst fascism and government lying. Nope, my parents never automatically trusted experts - not even my dad, himself a research scientist - and taught all of his Boomer kids not to either. Their parents, my grandparents, could tell you a thing or two about the Weimar hyperinflation as well; I suspect this was one catalyst for my family's generational distrust of people in authority.

Not to mention those of us who saw the Covid Panic as a form of religious fanaticism from the beginning (all the signs were there).

Maybe I am an exception that proves the rule, but demographically, I am a boomer, and I've known this was a scam from the beginning. I admit to being fooled by the Chinese propaganda of people dropping dead in the streets and being walked over. But, it is easy to see that a lot of Covidianism was very helpful to getting rid of President Trump in terms of justifying restrictions that made massive vote fraud possible. I often wonder if the election was the tail wagging the dog or the other way around. Nevertheless, Substack is the place to find news and truth and you are other practitioner of that lost art, and I am grateful to find you here. Thank you.
