I have lived in Indiana for 15 years and the main problem as I see it is that IN is so reliably deep red that most voters pay little attention to who they are voting for as long as there is an R behind their name. A few years ago the Indiana State Superintendent of Education in Indiana was Jennifer McCormick. Jenny would later run as the Democrat nominee for Governor of our state but even when she was in office she was clearly a Democrat who ran as a Republican because that was the only way to win a statewide office in Indiana. ( https://www.arthursido.com/2020/01/more-from-jennifer-mccormick.html ). The fact that she was able to get the Republican nomination while clearly being a left-wing type shows how lazy the GOP establishment in Indiana has become.

In short, the Indiana GOP is content to coast along and not make any waves so when a more serious issue comes up they don't really have the leadership to make something happen.

We have a similar problem here in Montana.

I assume it is true anywhere one party is dominant.

It only goes one way though. California doesn't have an issue with secret Republicans running on a Democrat ticket.

Commie traitor playbook rule #1: gatekeeping.

Remember all the talk of the GOP "big tent?" Yeah turns out if you expand your mind too much, your whole brain falls out.

lol that’s pretty hard to imagine. Good point.

Very discouraging. My kids are in the gen z world and don’t see the point of having kids, think all republicans are selfish boomers, and unfortunately aren’t savvy enough to realize Trump is different and trying to save us from 1995.

The GOP does not want to win. It’s easier to be out of power. It’s easier to raise money for campaigns when you’re out of power. It’s easier to complain about outcomes when you’re out of power. The GOP is the most useless political organization out there.

Hey don't bash Bosnia. I spent five years there, my experience, there is nothing wrong with that split. The split homogenized the groups into like minded, like thinking, with common ancestry.

I am over the federal system here in FUSA. It does nothing seriously positive for its citizenry. It has made a mess of just about everything great that it used to be.

There's no figuring it out and there is no hope. The Republican Party has become the Democrat Party's biggest ally and cheerleader. While we were effusive with hope that the country could be saved a year ago, this party has proven to every single person that voted for it that it would rather see the ruin of the country than enact the will of the voters.

If you are not totally black-pilled about the future of this country, indeed of the species as a whole, you simply are not paying attention. Is there civil war coming? Perhaps when the glowing rectangles stop producing images, enough of the populace may want to fight, but it seems our political elites are willing to gamble that they wont.

The Republicans have been a captive opposition since FDR. They are a serious political party, they’re professional losers who fundraise off the L’s dismal consequences.

“The conservatives exist to contain and betray their base.” (Academic Agent)

They are well compensated for doing so , paid very handsomely.

This is quite conscious, to them Losing gracefully ala William F Buckley and CON INC all our lives and before. They’re not refusing to seize the opportunity, they’re opportunistically betraying ours.

This is why Trump is purging and primary-ing the Hell out of the Old GOP, but Trump can’t be the only one to show up for work. Any disloyalty must be purged. We have a leader who has assembled young cadres by the thousand and we must avail ourselves of this leadership and FOLLOW. Any imperfections pale next to the known alternative.

The entire apparatus especially the women of the local GOP must be purged by ruthless young men.

Or fail.

Isn't that essentially what Nick Fuentes told his groyper legions to do years back? And now they're something like 40% of Capitol Hill staffers and aides?

The Republican Party is the Washington Generals to the Democrat Party's Harlem Globetrotters.

Pretty good point to bring up.

But then your analysis goes off the rails.

It's not "old GOP Boomers" that are the problem.

It's Israel-first fake "Republicans." They are young and old alike. But the common denominator is they do not give a flying fiddly about America or Americans--voters or constituents. All they care about is either their native land (dual citizens), or the source of their funding (controlled goys).

You did mention Israel once--tentatively, cautiously, tenderly--but then you quickly veer away to India.

If you're serious about analyzing the problem with the fraudulent Republican party, and the fake "conservatives" in the media, then you need to face reality squarely and say it out loud.

The GOP now is MIGA, not MAGA.

i genuinely hope this is bait

the entire section on redistricting is flat out nonsense. its ideologically consistent to want indiana republicans to nuke the two democratic seats, i get that, but to pretend like the modern republican party doesn't gerrymander like democrats do is absurd. 2/3 maps in that image are of republican gerrymanders (NC and MI after they won control of state governments in 2010). now if your issue is with political gerrymandering on its face, then i'd like to remind you that republicans in congress haven't pushed for any ban of political gerrymandering in 30 years.

if you actually looked at the political geography of new england, there are actually very few places where republican districts and be drawn (funnily enough the one district that voted for trump in new england has been held by a democrat since 2018). ill concede that RI and CT are drawn favorably for democrats, but there's no way to draw more than 2 consistently republican districts in New England (one in Maine, one in NH). its a similar dynamic to Wisconsin where it's about 50/50 but you cant draw a evenly split map without insane looking districts.

its honestly funny how both sides believe their camp is utterly incapable of commanding power and the other are evil geniuses
