As the nation has recently found out, the only thing worse than a once-in-a-century hurricane is the government-provided disaster relief that follows. By now, I’m sure, the reader is aware of the absolute travesty that has marked the response by both the federal government and by the North Carolina state government to the disaster that struck the mountainous parts of western North Carolina (as well as areas in eastern Tennessee, Georgia, and South Carolina) with Hurricane Helene. What was already a terrible situation has been made much worse by slow response, obstructive activity, and seeming indifference by both federal and state responders.

For many folks, Hanlon’s Razor has been doing a lot of heavy lifting. Nobody really wants to think that their own government would deliberately harm its own people. After all, that is completely contrary to the whole purpose of government. Certainly, there is room for attributing to simple incompetence some of the mess which FEMA, and the Regime in general, have made of the disaster response. When you valuate meeting DEI priorities over and above your organisation’s ostensible goal of providing disaster relief, we shouldn’t be surprised when you mess a few things up.

BUT. If we’re honest, there has been a good deal of purposeful, malicious effort on the part of government “relief” agencies to make the post-hurricane recovery as difficult and as unhelpful as possible. It took them days to even show up. When they did, they generally acted to impede the activities of private groups already present, with reports of FEMA going so far as to confiscate donations and block access to certain areas. According to MULTIPLE different sources all across the region, their presence has been small and generally useless. Government helicopters have been caught on video rotor washing supply depots, tearing up materials and injuring workers. Many have gotten the sense that FEMA and state agencies are there more to cause problems than to solve them, while using the media and “official pronouncements” to run cover for these activities.

Now, the question that the average observer might ask is, “Why would they do this?” Well, as you might have expected from the previous content of this substack, the answer involves the intersection of several solidly demographic-structural phenomena having to do with intraelite competition and basic end-of-collapse-phase looting.

Many have been suspicious that the Democrat-controlled feds and state government in North Carolina have been slowrolling efforts because of the particular demographics of the affected region. Given the already malicious charactre of these entities, this is not an unreasonable misgiving. After all, Appalachia in general is one of the whitest regions in the country, and one of the most Republican-voting - two traits which will naturally disincline a Democratic, DEI-driven woke Regime from wanting to do anything for them. Certainly, white Republicans are definitely not the clients of the Democratic party, and unlike the Republicans (who still vainly hold onto all of the “fair play constertooshunalism stuff that they learned in 7th grade civics), the Democrats most definitely know how to play the patron-client game, delivering goodies for their clients while punishing those who aren’t. It’s certainly not inconceivable that penalising white hillbilly flyover country types is on the agenda here.

We can’t discount, however, the effects of simple greed and looting, either. After all, we were told that FEMA was all out of money…but mainly because it already spent hundreds of millions on providing bennies to illegal aliens. Anyone familiar with the system knows that the constellation of federal and state agencies, charities, and NGOs that are involved with the “refugees” grift have many, many sticky fingers that move a lot of taxpayer monies into pockets all along the way. Why do local governments, such as in Springfield, Ohio, go to such great lengths to import “migrants” by the thousands into communities despite the many, many social drawbacks that result? Because they get grants and funding from FedGov, a few local businesses save on wages to cut-rate migrant labour, and religious charities get a cut as well. This type of looting at the expense of the public good is standard fare for collapse phases in demographic-structural cycles. A disaster such as we just saw in the mountains of North Carolina, Tennessee, Georgia, and South Carolina is a perfect opportunity for these entities to funnel funding and supplies through themselves,

And therein lies a third DST aspect to this, which is that this funneling of resources involves the attempted further centralisation of power into the hands of Regime elements. However, one of the characteristics of a DST collapse phase is that decentralisation begins to occur - though not without opposition from those who benefit from maintaining centralised power. And we’ve definitely been seeing plenty of decentralisation in play as local residents, churches, private businesses, and municipalities have shouldered the weight of searching for the missing, distributing disaster relief, restoring needed infrastructure, and maintaining law and order - with only the barest of assistance from FEMA and other federal and state agencies. This is something that FedGov has certainly noticed…and wants to stamp out, which likely explains the purposeful obstructionism that so many have noticed.

It’s clearly evident from the combination of incompetence and maliciousness that this Regime has lost its legitimacy. Indeed, we can go so far as to say that they have lost the Mandate of Heaven. But this all couples nicely with the observation I’ve previously made that the process of ethnogenesis has produced two broadly separate white ethnies occupying the territory of the United States. And let’s note that the Regime is representative of the other, NON-Heritage American ethnie. They are the ones who have lost this Mandate of Heaven and maybe, just maybe, it’s time for us to get out from under their umbrella so that we don’t share in their fate?

One thing I’ve become more convinced about over the years is that demographic-structural theory has a definite moral overtone. Despite being called “secular cycles,” the almost monotonous historical tendency for polities to rise, stagnate, decay, and collapse speaks to a spiritual aspect in all of this that is related to the human tendency towards decadence. Regardless of culture, when humanity reaches a “critical mass” in its ability to start providing for “the good life” above the tribal level, the inborn human sin nature leads to selfishness, which leads to worsening inequalities, which leads to the desperate grasping of intensified intraelite competition, which leads to collapse, so that it can all start over again. In America, our cycle for over a century has been driven by a money-power, internationally-minded Regime that has lorded over the other white ethnie - Heritage-Americans - who are more lineally descended from our original founding.

Heritage America is the real America, and these Americans have been an historically powerful, if insular people, and their residency has been a heaven-bless’d land befitting a people chosen for greatness. Yet, they are a people despised by the globalist, transnational Regime who is trying to destroy all the white countries of the world. And among Heritage-Americans, the Scots-Irish of Appalachia are perhaps the most hated of all by this Regime and its lackies. It is as if these Americans are a “chosen people,” and the children of Appalachia a chosen from within them.

The Scots-Irish have always been, above all others, America’s warrior caste, fighting savage Indians and overseas enemies alike, drawn upon disproportionately to staff the ranks of America’s legions. They have been like a body of judges, tasked with destroying the enemies of our people. They subdued enemies and wrought righteousness across an entire continent.

Sadly, somewhere along the way (though starting around FDR’s administration would be a reasonable supposition), the Scots-Irish of Appalachia succumbed to the feminine wiles of government dependency and began to be afflicted by the enemies of our people. They yielded to the promises of an increasingly decadent society that only ended up betraying them. For decades, they stood before the Regime powerless and abandoned. The end result is that they have seen their communities flooded with fentanyl, robbed of their jobs and sustenance, and weakened by deliberate betrayal from their own government. In the middle of it all, they have been made a laughingstock in the midst of their enemies, mocked by Regime clients who are not even a tenth as worthy as they are, or could be.

But the question must now arise - as we approach an inflection point in American history (an election which, unlike so many other about which this has been said, really is the most important election EVAH!), will Appalachia and the rest of Heritage America throw down the pillars of the Regime’s hold on America? Decentralisation IS coming, whether the Left likes it or not. Collapse will occur, probably sooner than later, and this will provide true Americans with the once every couple of centuries opportunity to strike out and craft our destiny in new directions from those which have obtained over the past few decades. Will the Scots-Irish once again arise as America’s warrior caste, even if this has to be done on our own soil? Will they be instrumental in bringing down the false temple of the Regime, freeing our people and destroying our enemies? Only time will tell.
